When you use this site we may collect: your name, contact details, business information (for partner sign-ups), volunteer-related information (availability, vehicle/license, emergency contact), donation information processed by our payment provider (Stripe), and email addresses you submit via the newsletter or contact form.

How we use it

We use this information to coordinate food pickups, manage volunteer participation, process donations and provide receipts, respond to your inquiries, and send occasional updates if you've opted in.

Payment processing

Donations are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled directly by Stripe under their privacy and security practices; we do not store full payment-card numbers.

Email & newsletter consent

You only receive email updates if you've checked the consent box. You can unsubscribe anytime by replying to any email or contacting us at Jonahgorenstein7@gmail.com.

Who we share data with

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (e.g., Stripe, email infrastructure, our cloud database). We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.

Data retention & security

We retain submitted information as long as we need it to run our programs and meet legal/recordkeeping obligations. Records are stored in our cloud database with industry-standard access controls.

Children's data

Volunteers under 18 must have a parent or guardian involved in the sign-up. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
